  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video), and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
